What’s the meaning behind the “Nemesis” name?
The thought process behind the name is to state that this restaurant concept is “worthy” to be a part of the NYC dining scene. After spending many years in NYC hospitality, especially after COVID-times, we are coming back with a “vengeance” to offer the best Asian dining experience to our guests!
What’s the experience can the guest expect from dining at Nemesis?
A CHEF-DRIVEN “Classic and Elevated” take on Southeast Asian-inspired cuisine. “Speakeasy” influenced Cocktail offerings. FOOD and WINE -focused pairings. Sommelier curated by the glass options as well as a diverse by the bottle selection. Strong emphasis on Asian whiskey. Ex: SUNTORY, YAMAZAKI, KAVALAN, etc.
Location: why chose this neighborhood?
Choosing to be on the same street as some of NYC’s most highly acclaimed restaurants, forces us to push the boundaries of Asian cuisine. Not to just focus on our F&B offerings but, on the overall experience as a whole. As an up and coming hospitality group we only found it fitting to pursue the same excellence as the idols we hope to become one day.
